ARTICLE 3: MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Categories of Membership:
a) Ordinary Members: Neonatal nurses licensed to practice in Uganda.
b) Associate Members: Other healthcare professionals interested in neonatal care.
c) Student Members: Nursing students with an interest in neonatal care.
d) Honorary Members: Individuals recognized for outstanding contributions to neonatal nursing.
3.2 Membership Rights:
a) Ordinary members shall have voting rights and eligibility for leadership roles.
b) Associate, student, and honorary members may participate in activities but shall not vote.
3.3 Membership Fees: Membership fees shall be determined by the General Assembly and reviewed periodically. 3.4 Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated due to voluntary resignation, failure to meet financial obligations, or professional misconduct.
